Ahead of our full review, here are 32 sample JPEG photos taken with the Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L II USM lens, mounted on a Canon EOS 5D Mk III. The Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L II USM is a premium constant-aperture standard zoom lens for full-frame DSLR cameras, retailing for £2299.99 / $2299.99.
The only lens I own for my R5 is the 24-70 f2.8 in RF mount. It was a tough choice between it and the 28-70 f2. If you aren't traveling much the f2 seems amazing, just stupid heavy. Apparently the stablilzation is the same between the two, even though the f2.8 has IS and the f2 does not.

Intro. The Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 DG DN Art is a general-purpose zoom maintaining a bright and constant f2.8 focal ratio across the range. It is designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras and available in the native Sony E and Leica L mounts, the latter working on Leica, Panasonic and Sigma L-mount bodies. Announced in November 2019, it’s theNo. I've owned and heavily used all the versions of Canon's 70-200 f/2.8L lenses, even the original 80-200 f/2.8 "Magic Stovepipe." They are ALL superb pro-level lenses, but each iteration is slightly better than the previous. Furthermore, the IS is extremely valuable in low light handheld situations. Had a 24-70 F2.8 for a while. Now have a 24-105 F4.0.I like the 24-105 much better edge to edge and certainly easier to handle. IS is better too. It's more flexible and with today's high ISO cams, 1 f stop is not a big deal. IMHO. There is a reason the 24-70 Series 1 was called "the brick." lOrJRG.
