The Xbox Series S - which seems good for emulation of old games, can play newer & old games, game pass sounds decent. But also the Playstation 4 PRO - which has 4K resolution, cheap used games, and can be jailbroken to play all games free and also for emulatio. Both come at the price point at between 200 USD for me.
